I can't f'ing deal with this

I do not feel safe at home

Every noise, every voice. The visual disturbances the paranoia

Thought with the anxiety dealt with I’d be able to cope, but the Schizophrenia is now revealed to be more of a problem than I thought

The anxiety was mixed up with it, but it’s part of the puzzle not the whole one

I hope things get better for you.

Exercise helps me with my anxiety so I would encourage you to move that body.

its good you still have insight into your illness, some people dont have that,

I’d speak to your dr’s etc and see what you can do,

I would recommend you give it a couple of weeks to subside before you change your meds. Ring someone for a reality check, thats what i do

Don’t you have any PRN?

Diazepam but I don’t think it will help with the psychosis

Even with sorted out medication. A lot of sz’s still have symptoms. Especially if they have to deal with stress.

Maybe its time for a new med. Invega works wonders for me. Not all insurances cover the injection. Its expensive. I got lucky and the second med i tried worked.

I am going inpatient but at the moment it’s voluntary

No beds today but they will let me know tomorrow

I hope a time out will help you and that they can adjust your meds.

Good luck with it and keep us posted.

Sorry to hear your going thru this @Joker . I feel your pain as I never quite feel safe at home alone either due to various auditory stuff and different forces presenting themselves. And I completely understand the anxiety problem as thats a formidable problem of its own.
