I can’t eat Doritos

I just went for a snack of Doritos and I couldn’t eat them due to sharp pain in all my back teeth, both sides. I think it’s from clenching. I’m falling apart. Anyone advise?

Do they feel like cavities? What could work for them is Vitamin K2 if they are. It stops cavity pain really fast since it helps your teeth remineralise.

I usually clench my jaw when I’ve had too much caffeine and/or haven’t slept enough.
How are you sleeping?

Have you been stressed?

How is your caffeine intake?

I don’t really get cavities, either my saliva is really good or I have strong teeth. It’s definately not cavities. It just started in the last two days, just after I started Prozac

Not really more stressed and drinking the same amount of coffee which is about 5 double espressos a day

Sleep is good too

5 double espressos is still a lot. Could the pain be from long-term clenching without really noticing?

I noticed my right side teeth hurt yesterday and now both sides hurt

Guess I’ll have to try to sleep with my neck tilted back to keep the teeth open. If this keeps up I might get a case of TMJ too :frowning:

@Moonwalker! Oh my gosh! 5 double espressos per day?! Do you have severe anxiety? Your poor heart!

No I’m pretty mellow

Wow! Did you have ADHD? I’ve heard people with ADHD get calmer from caffeine

Nope, no adhd but I have sever fatigue and I drink coffee just to keep my brain functioning. Since I started Prozac last Tuesday I seem to need the coffee less. Maybe I’ll try cutting back, it’s prob not that great for me

Yeah. Cutting down would be good. That’s about 640mg of caffeine a day

I can’t eat Starbursts or gobstoppers. This Wednesday seeing my dentist.
