I can only afford 2 meals and 2 snacks

a day, 93 grams of protein and 2300 calories. a dinner meal would send me to debtors prison haha. so just breakfast and lunch from now on and a couple snacks.

breakfast is smoothie, oatmeal, and peanut butter

lunch is large bean salad with herbs and spices

snacks are sunflower seeds and peanut butter haha. all for about $55 bucks a week

sorry to hear youre struggling financially right now man. Rice is a really great staple ofcourse. You can get a giant bag for like $10 at walmart. in many countries they eat rice breakfast lunch and dinner so maybe you can become mr international for a week.

if i had more money i would have salmon with rice and broccoli for dinner. which would put me at 130-140 grams of protein

Try moth beans. Good source of proteins.

Brown rice and black beans simmered in a broth via slow cooker can be a cheap, healthy alternative as well.

It never gets old for me except tonight I ate processed food, pizza…nom nom nom! :yum:
