I called the crisis team

even though Abilify worked before it doesn’t mean I’ll get the same reactions now.

What’s wrong, @anon80629714? Are you and/or your family okay?

Ear pain. The pain is so bad I just want to find a quiet place and I’m on my own.

It’s really that bad, huh? Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Yeah might not seem like a crisis. But I find it so hard to get through to my pdoc it’s the only way I know how.

Sadly I know what you mean ish. Pdoc are hard to get a hold of in the uk on the NHS.

Are you by any chance on Paxil? I think one of the crazy and rare side effects is hearing loss! But, it’s ear pain, so dunno.

I know it’s not really a great idea. But this way it gets recorded and he said he’s gonna email my team too.

No not Paxil. They said no antidepressants for me

Would the nhs 111 number be a better bet?

On the contrary - I think it is a good idea. Like you say it puts your case in importance.

111 is non emergency. And I don’t think I’ve got the patience to go through all that… is your heart working … are you conscious thing … and be told to contact my GP. He’s not a mental health expert.

Or told to goto A&E

The problem with that is I was talking to this random dude on the net who turned out to be a nurse at my local hospital. A mental health nurse. And I’ve been slightly … I mean very stupid at what I’ve sent. My local hospital is outside my borough so I’ll never be his patient but I’m scared to bump into him.

I heard that you only get meds in the UK when you go to the hospital. Is that true? Because a steady supply of meds would be more important to me.

No it’s not. I never set foot in an inpatient ward as a patient. I get meds.

I’m sorry, I’m so confused about what’s happening but I just hope you’re okay. Feel better soon!
