Abilify doesn’t interact with coffee like other meds so I’m not sure why I felt so good.
I’ve used up all the coffee pods. They’re expensive though so I probably won’t order them again for ages. Because Im cheap.
But at times I felt almost normal.
I was drinking maybe 5 espresso shots a day though.
Too much caffeine over 4 cups/day makes me irritable, impulsive, angry and jealous of others. A bit violent.
Also my muscles twitch and I feel my body and hands are shaking.
Stimulants like Wellbutrin do the same for me.
Yeah, the withdrawal when I went back to normal instant wasn’t very pleasant when I think about it.
What brand of pods if you don’t mind my asking? I’m down to two shots of espresso per day. Irregular heartbeat. Arrrrrgh.

I didn’t realize Nespresso was still in business. I rarely see their pods for sale around here.
I buy coffee capsules from Aldi .
I buy the red ones that are nice and strong.
It’s as good as cafe made coffee.
Love my Aldi coffee machine.
