I used to drink coffee and get terrible jitters until I got angry. Now I drink coffee and it doesn’t upset me or even wake me up. Is it because I’m drinking instant coffee? when before I drank real sh!t? Could it be my change of medicine ?
What meds did you change? Also how much coffee did you drink? Instant coffee caffeine range is lower than adding spoonful of coffee or brewing double mocha shot. If you were angry on coffee, could mean your previous med wasnt helping much
I was on a different ap and I drink near Expresso strength.
Which ap you were on and to which did you change? When I was only on haloperidol, too much coffee caused panic attacks, now on Invega and i dont feel much
I was on loxapine and switched to Latuda.
I’m not sure why that is. But, I do know that instant coffee has a lot less caffeine than regular coffee. I can have up to 3 cups of it without getting jittery and anxious. Starbucks on the other hand is way too strong for me
