I asked my pdoc why I don't experience negative symptoms (I have SZA)

He said because I have a mood disorder primarily and people with SZA don’t get the persistent depressive moods, it’s more instability, when your depressed your depressed and when your manic your manic, plus a bit of psychosis in-between.

I was wondering does anybody here have persistent negative symptoms while suffering from SZA?

Yes but I didn’t always. They developed after I had several untreated episodes.

I have negative symptoms. I thought I was depressed but wasn’t sad at all. Just had negative symptoms.
