Iā€™m glad to hear that you got your PRN medication. Do take it if you feel like you need it. I am bad about ā€œwhite knuckling itā€ aka not taking my PRN right away when I should have, and letting things get so awful in the process. So my advice is to take it and ā€œget ahead of thingsā€ so to speak. I hope that makes sense.

Iā€™m sorry youā€™re struggling @Joker . I hope you get a hold of someone soon. Itā€™s not fair that you have to suffer even though you were honest about struggling and were proactive in seeking help. You did everything right so at least please feel good about that

I tried today for the last time, and nothing

Tomorrow will be 1 week on from when I raised the issue

Have told the complaints department that the response has been this long, and to open up a case if they think that the amount of time has been excessive

They left me with no other option

Canā€™t be allowed to do that

Part of it is if they do it to me, how many other people are they effectively ignoring when they need help

Very disappointing to say the least

Yes, it is disappointing. But in your case with your history of psychosis, it might be negligent. Iā€™m not sure though.

Oh my goodness. That is just wrong.

I am so glad you reached out to the complaints team. The Joker I first met prolly wouldnā€™t have taken that step. You would have just lashed out at everyone else in the system you talked to.
Youā€™re showing definite improvement and maturity. Good for you.

I hope you get a decent answer soon about a permanent PRN, whether thatā€™s your diazapam or something else.

Thank you @anon28552576 I find it hard to notice changes sometimes, but I am glad you have observed a change, as before Clozapine & Vortioxetine I was very volatile at times
