Did not ask for Lorazepam as I find that a hard hitter these days
Never used to have a problem with it, but I guess the cocktail is different

I’m all good. Following some courses and thinking about starting a new one.
I’m really looking forward to my long stay in Spain. Less than 2 months to go.

I’ve followed some courses on Coursera as well. There is one on Well-Being / Happiness from Yale which I really enjoyed.
There are also some crappy ones like the Spanish learning and the Schizophrenia courses.
Overall I’m not a big fan of Coursera as it is very heavy on the video and low on text. Personally, I like learning with some text as well.

Good luck with it. A few weeks ago i had 5mg djazepam prescribed to me. I took it for about a week then stopped. Ive been very dependant on them in the past and it literally took years to come off it so im very careful these days.
