Can you get another one? I got lucky and found a really good one. I listen to him and he listens to me and it works well. It does pay to be your own advocate with the mental health system but it’s worth it in the end.

That’s a shame about your pdoc.

Mine was good. She was repetitively trying to encourage me to go on antidepressants but I said no no no.

I don’t know about insurance company things. Sounds rough.

In the UK I get my meds for free.

It’s cool. It can be upsetting for others. It’s hard with some countries and it becomes even harder when most systems are overstretched. Housing the mentally ill is expensive. The medications are expensive. Extra care is expensive and we are probably the poorest members or our communities.

I’m sorry your struggling but keep it civil.
