I am struggling to see the point

My life outside of work is pathetic

The only way I can see it changing is by making a big change like moving somewhere new

It’s like hitting the ceiling and then falling back down again and then repeating over and over again

Think my environment is holding me back from recovering any more than I have done already

Regressing to sleeping all the time again I did not expect to happen but it has

Wait until your clozapine levels have stabilised for a while. You might see things differently then.

Maybe you will get some more motivation if your meds work out man!! My life is also mostly dismal aside from my projects and a few very strong supporters in my life.

Also… it’s good you have some stability. If your mood/motivation changes you will be in better shape than alot of people man…

What are you doing to meet people and have outings in your area?

You know my dream after completing my masters was to have a carvan and work from the van and travel places.

Unfortunately everything just disappeared after sz.
Now laying on the bed and typing things I can’t do but telling others to do it.

Have you seen the movie Soul it’s a must watch movie. To know the purpose of life.

I did do that but the motivation has dried up

The last couple of months I have only been able to play games and guitar as more of a token than a hobby

Just feels like all this rest and sleep is a bit much to achieve much else

Need to figure out how to deal with it

Nothing to meet people

The hobbies I got back into before are more solitary other than online gaming

In my local community I don’t feel very safe getting out there as I has a bad reputation that I am afraid has tainted it

That’s why I thought moving else where would give me a clean break

The mental health team wanted me to go for a coffee with them today but I find that very awkward

You love dogs. You’ve got a pupper. Can you meet up with other dog owners for a group walkies? In a safe area? Your dog would appreciate meeting other dogs I am sure.

I kinda do that on a Saturday morning

Do get out twice a day to walk the dog and he meets lots of others

Guess I could do that on a Sunday morning too

Stopped doing that day because I spend almost the whole day in bed

I wanted to get another dog so they could play with each other but my parents were against it as it’s harder to look after two dogs with the costs etc

Can you foster animals on a temporary basis?

Will have a look. Not thought about doing that

I’d end up getting attached

I see hmm well imo there’s 7 core categories of needs for human fulfillment.

  1. Health
  2. Social
  3. Work
  4. Intellectual pursuits
  5. A source of hope
  6. An ideology you can trust
  7. Love

I think if you can identify what you need you’ll be well off.

Best of luck bro :crossed_fingers:

@Joker

You don’t have much of a social life like me but we must see the glass half full and count our blessings that things are not worse. The more you see your family the better you feel. Have you moved further away from your mum?

Have not but I have been thinking about it

Are you feeling any better @anon70282812
