I am so health conscious,yet I am not caring for my health

I drink sweet stuff a lot,a lot.I am so worried about getting diabetes,I am relative young,29…I think I worry too much about health,it causes me stress that I cannot enjoy my life…:frowning:

Try switching to water with fruit in it. It tastes good but there’s less sugar, and it’s healthy

You have to do what you have to do you just can’t drink sweet things only a small amount of juice
If you don’t want diabetes there is no other answer it is down to you
