I don’t feel like doing anything
Just sitting
Everything I should do seems overwhelming
It’s been like this for over a month
I don’t know what’s happening, do anybody feels the same?

It’s difficult for me to.take a shower
So yes, I’m the same.
I don’t have troubles maintaining myself clean or feed or hydrateted or nicotine. Everything else is out of my powers it seems
And I blame myself for being lazy, after all how hard can it be to cut the grass? So it seems
It’s hard even thinking about going to the store let alone do it
Welcome to the world of negative symptoms. But if it’s just started happening then That’s something to bring up with your psychiatrist.
I don’t like it man, I want back. I think is the heat or something or me being lazy.
But I definitely will y tell my psychiatrist
I realised i havent been out the flat for nearly 2 weeks - just been sitting here on the computer with the curtains closed. Only been talking to the cat. Gotta do more next week. Ive kept up on the housework tho which is good. Think ive been sitting on the sofa too long - cos latley ive been getting backache.
Days have flown by tho - and i havent had a reason to go out. Im stocked up with everything indoors. I should be down the beach while the whethers nice. Oh well…
@Naarai @anon92220549 Can you try to take a short walk every day? Then maybe increase the length of your walk or work up to multiple short walks per day? That should really help stave off back issues (@Naarai) and you get the added benefit of fresh air and sun.
Yes - your Quite Right. I know i should. Towns been busy with holiday-makers with the hot weather, and it sorta puts me off, so not been too inclined to venture out. Maybe ill take percy for a walk on his leash tommrow.
Percy would probably enjoy that!
I have trouble doing anything.
Today I did nothing and continuing doing so…
I hope you have better success walking Percy than this guy…
Haha Lazy Cat!
I felt like that, before I had ECT, 3 completely different series over a few years, 3x day for 6 weeks each.
I hope you don’t require that. I had ECT for depression.
@Moonbeam I go for walks/runs every day and they get rid of negative symptoms. After about 15-20mins I can think clear, have more happiness, and overall happy and clear headed after I’m done. I thought it was depression, but I always get the 2 mixed up.
Crocodal, I feel the same lack of motivation sometimes. I do a lot better when I schedule something, like going for a walk with a friend. Some days I go for a walk by myself. Sometimes I am able to read.
