Since my diagnosis this has been a persistent problem. I tend to doze off through out the day until 5 in the evening thats when I become active. This causes sleep problems.
I’m also more active in the evening.
What is your sleep time like?
I go to bed at 8pm and chill out for a bit browsing the forum like I am now. And YouTube. Then my partner comes to bed at 9 and we chat. Then about 9:30pm I go to sleep. I get up anywhere between 6am and 8am.
Thats a good schedule you have. Mine is totally different and unhealthy. I sleep anywhere between 3 a.m to 5 a.m and wake up around 12 noon or sleep upto 2 p.m. Worst schedule and I hate myself for that.
Don’t hate yourself. How old are you ? When I was younger I had really bad sleeping patterns but it’s got better over the years.
I am 29 years old.
I’m 36 but when I was 29 my sleep was very messed up. Don’t be so hard on yourself.

I am also a night owl. My husband though, is an early bird. So he goes to sleep before 10pm and I stay awake, sometimes till 1am. Then I wake up at sunrise for prayers and coffee with my husband then go to sleep till 9:30am. Breakfast and sleep again till noon.
