You could try putting essential oil on your wrist and smell that when you’re scared, find 5 things you see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you hear, 2 things you smell, 1 thing you taste, try breathing exercices (you could download an exercice on your phone), hold a anti stress ball
Please try not to stress. Traveling by plane is a lot safer than train. I’ve been catching flights since I was about 12 years old and never had any problems. It’s very safe. Take care.
In all seriousness it would be really cool to meet you in person. I don’t know if I would be good/or healthy for ya though on the whole food thing as I also love to eat.
I have my Mamacita’s short chicken legs, and a huge belly, and my father’s broad shoulders and chest and a big neck and arms. I probably look like a modern caveman LOL!
Yeah I’m not too sure. I have heard of people meeting on the forum before and it going well. I think in the case of romances though it would probably be a bad idea.
I’m going on a plane by myself in two weeks too; it will be the first time since 1995. I’ve been worried so much about getting to the airport. and what to do when I get there that it hasn’t occurred to me to be scared about actually flying on the plane. Now I’m a little worried, I’m sure I’ll be alright though.
Maybe ask your Dr for a one time dose of a sedative to take 30 minutes before takeoff. It might help you calm down a bit. Then try squared breathing and guided imagery during the flight
