Plus they don’t take up room cos you clip them to become round.

If you can’t hula hoop with a regular hoop, don’t try to learn with a weighted one! That sounds extra painful. Splurge on that $5 kids hoop and practice.

Sounds like a lot of fun, though. Plus, they say laughter is good exercise, too. And imagining myself trying to hula hooping bet I would get a lot of laughing in. Lol

I haven’t tried since I was 11. I hope things are different with a little practise. If I can’t do it I can send it back.
