How's your covid diet?

mine is mostly shite. i can’t stock up on canned salmon or canned chicken, so im taking a break from working out until the shelves are stocked again.

this is going to be my diet when things return to normal

breakfast fruit smoothie with protein powder

lunch chicken salad, handful of sunflower seeds

dinner fish salad, baked potato with cheese

snack pumpkin seeds and raisin mix

pre bed meal. chicken breast, side of broccoli

Mine is honestly unchanged from pre-COVID. No real issues with shortages here. We did stock up before, but we’ve been able to restock the stuff people were panic buying at first.

Shrimp, oven fries, frozen pizza, bagged salads with italian or ranch depending on my mood, strawberries with powdered sugar.

Trying to be healthier compared to my old diet of mostly fried cheese. I also eat nachos bellgrande with jalapenos from Taco Bell about 4 days out of the week. Every now and then I mix it up with a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy’s.

I recently have tried to eat healthier my diet wasn’t horrible but it needs to be better. I am really struggling to eat much of anything the past few days. I’ve been watching too much covid news and its making stressed and feel sick
