Trying to eat healthier a poll

I don’t want to fill my body with crap anymore. So today again I didn’t eat all day. I don’t have anything super healthy but here are a few picks.

  • Oatmeal and a banana
  • Chicken pot pie
  • Tuna sandwich on 12 grain bread
  • Breaded fish fillets and baby potatoes

I voted for the fish so I’ll claim half points haha. Glad your making the move to try and eat a little healthier. A very worthwhile thing to do and you’ve got to start somewhere! Well done to you.

Ya not eating stalls the metabolize and all your options weren’t bad.

I"m on a diet myself, but it is centred around frequent snacking of healthy options. Basically i eat something every 4 hours - i start at 6 am and finish at 6 pm. So i have 4 snacks each day. So far i’ve lost nearly 5 kg in the past couple of weeks. Slow is best so you don’t have rebound weight gain.

I don’t mean to starve myself. I just can’t eat. I guess I need to force myself

I picked the tuna fish because not eating all day probably means you need to be as gentle on your stomach as possible. I personally eat too much and am sometimes tempted to do what you did today but have trouble going without food for very long. I recently ended a diet where I basically went off sweets and sodas for 2 months but still gained 8 pounds and got very depressed as a result. I don’t know what to do about it.
