I"m on a diet myself, but it is centred around frequent snacking of healthy options. Basically i eat something every 4 hours - i start at 6 am and finish at 6 pm. So i have 4 snacks each day. So far i’ve lost nearly 5 kg in the past couple of weeks. Slow is best so you don’t have rebound weight gain.
I picked the tuna fish because not eating all day probably means you need to be as gentle on your stomach as possible. I personally eat too much and am sometimes tempted to do what you did today but have trouble going without food for very long. I recently ended a diet where I basically went off sweets and sodas for 2 months but still gained 8 pounds and got very depressed as a result. I don’t know what to do about it.
