I think I am eating more pizzas than usually. It is so easy to put a pizza to the microwave and wait a couple of minutes.
this whole covid times has made my diet much better, not perfect, but I will b speaking to a dietician within a few weeks to help me out cos I cnt seem to fit all my nutritional needs into my diet without overdoing calories
I’m not eating as much junk food because I can’t nip out to the shop for a millionaires short bread haha
I have not had a take away for food in nearly a month.
My shopping I do at the local convenience store as the queues to get in are not like they are for big supermarkets
More expensive than Aldi but I hope this is only temporary
I’m not eating all my fresh veggies like I normally eat. I’m so paranoid that it is contaminated with coronavirus and that unless I’m cooking it I will be infected. I usually eat my veggies raw. So one whole meal is changed, dinner’s veggie platter. I really feel it too. I have less energy and I’m missing the fiber and the vitamins. I guess I need to start eating cooked veggies, I just don’t like them as much.
yes it has. my diet is terrible now. just frozen pizza everyday. i don’t like to be in the grocery long, so when i go, i go to the frozen foods section, pickup 7 pizzas and pay and leave. and my grocery shopping is done for the week. im really getting tired of pizza.
I just had ice cream for lunch lol. I’m not eating out at all so even though I’m downing the vegan ice cream I’ve lost weight. I do want to go on a date super bad though.
I haven’t been to the store in I think at least a month. I’m eating all my perishables first then my non. Today I’m having pork roast (again) and veggies for dinner
Im eating a little less, but nothing drastic, and Im losing weight rapidly.
I weighed 218 pounds in January and now I weigh about 200 pounds.
This is an 18 pound drop in a matter of a couple of months.
I can’t really explain the reason for my continued weight loss.
Having more roasted chicken, salad, rice from the rice cooker, and meatloaf.
My appetite is really low now. I eat a bunch of small portions, and am lucky to eat one big meal a day.
I’m not trying to fast or anything, it just feels comfortable to undereat now.
I eat more now that I’m home all day. Usually I just get up, chug some coffee, and then bring a basic sandwich to work, which is the only thing I’ll have to eat in 9-10 hours.
Now that I’m home I’m actually having breakfast, and sometimes my roommate orders me burgers for lunch because he’s hungry and doesn’t want to eat alone.
Not really. We eat the same stuff as always.
My family has been eating out much less, which I think is good.
I baked banana bread and cowboy cookies. I can’t go out to restaurants. Yesterday I made a pork roast we will eat for dinner for several days. Because of corona I eat more snacks from the corner store.
You can purchase fresh veggies and salad kits in sealed plastic bags. Also, some fresh fruit. That’s what I’ve been doing.
What are cowboy cookies?
we have eggaritos every morning and the price of eggs has gone up but not more than two dollars for an eighteen pack. and then we have jambalaya and soups and salmon patties…plus t.v. dinners…everything is still stocked at our store so I am happy.
Getting through a lot more vodka than normal
I can’t live on ice cream, I guess I should go make something to eat for real, sigh.
