I remember my dad had a 14.4kb modem at our house. It took 3 hours to download a 45kb game!!!
The city we lived my dad got the workplace he was working at to have the internet working before anyone else in the area.
They got permission to put stuff on the radio towers for the internet. I dont know too many details, but they we were using it first.

So cool. I didn’t have email until 1995. I had an old dos computer before that but I wasn’t hooked up to the phone line. I just used it as a word processor.

“It’s very simple.” LOL!

Cool vintage video. It’s crazy to think how far technology has come in such a short period of time.
