i add baking soda to the water. Makes the shells come off easier.

You can also use vinegar but it takes more time.
It dissolves the peel.

Just put the boiled eggs in a jar and shake it vigorously. The peel falls right off.
Personally if I knew someone blew the egg out of the shell I would be totally grossed out.

I just eat it with the shells on, makes it both crunchy, soft and savory all in one bite.

If you put them in after the salted water is boiling, they are so easy to peel once they are done.

You eat the egg shell or you are joking?
I would suffocate if I ate an egg with its shell…

I heard that too. Yeah. I wouldn’t want to eat an egg somebody blew on either.

I fancied having 2 hard boiled eggs the other day . It was a total disaster . I gave the eggs what I thought was sufficient time in the water . Then let them cool before peeling them. They were soft and squishy with the yolk starting to drip out as I peeled them . Total disaster !
