They wrote this about my recent stay there: ”A 15-year-old girl diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome, motor impairment, and unspecified anxiety. There is also a history of transient psychotic symptoms and impaired functioning. Last period at the ward 6.3.-30.4.2020. During that time, obtained an increase in aripiprazole to a dose of 15 mg 1 x 1, however, at home almost immediately stopped taking the medication”
”Patient lacks insight. Feels abused and forced into medication” ”the patient in the income situation was stuck, no affect, not much contact, however, agreed to treatment. There was a discussion with the patient about the given diagnosis of psychosis and the need for medication, she was mixed with the medication or completely in opposition. Consented to injection, Abilify Maintena 400 mg injected for the first time 9.7.”
What part do you not understand? It says you lack insight therefore you need forced medication. I don’t know why you hate meds so much, they make you better. You will never be the same person as before your first psychosis regardless of meds.
But i don’t think i lack insight, i know my past delusions were false etc
Anyways you’re under 18 so you have no right to stop meds. Wait until then, cooperate and then ask for stopping meds. If you don’t cooperate now they will put you on cto, forced meds, and you will never be able to quit meds.
But CTO doesn’t exist in my country even for under 18s
So they let violent schizophrenics unmedicated and a danger to others and themeselves? I don’t think so as there will be more crimes otherwise.
They let people unmedicated if they aren’t psychotic currently yes
Not every schizophrenic is violent
Idk about laws in your country but letting everyone stop their meds is dangerous. They aren’t psychotic bcz of meds. And your parents control you now bcz you’re under 18, they’ll force you to take your injection.
My mom can’t force me to take the injection also
”Compulsory out-patient treatment is not presently permitted in Finland.”
Well my parents forced me and I was 21. They said either you go live in the streets or take meds. They didn’t want me in their house when I was psychotic.
Well they can’t abandon me since I’m under 18
So you want to suffer and make your parents suffer?
Why would I or they suffer? Its highly unlikely I became delusional
You both suffer when psychosis happens. Parents get sad when they see their kid suffer from psychosis.
It says you have a physical problem. Your psychosis doesn’t seem permanent. No specific reason for your anxiety. Your functioning is affected. Says you were lacking emotion regarding the forced medication. Then says you had mixed feelings regarding medication or opposed to it.
They don’t have CTO but they do have involuntary commitment. I’d rather take meds than be committed over and over.
It’s not really a physical problem imo, its more neurological
Also yeah my psychosis isn’t permanent therefore i dont need meds
Well there is no reason to commit me
Wait until you’re 18. Do you think you can go to court against a psychiatrist? That’s what I did to get out of mental hospital without meds and the psychiatrist won extending my stay to 4-6 months. Hospital is horrible, I got my stuff stolen.
I don’t understand why you make these threads.
Is it just to argue with us when we respond?
You clearly don’t want any help.
