I want to get rid of these paranoid thoughts that I’m being stalked or gonna be killed
My suggestion would be to trust your family and mental health workers when they tell you the thoughts are just delusions. They are trying to help.
I have paranoia too and its something i have to live with, the meds take away the fear but not the delusion.

The immediate situation is emotional
Recall your other days when you weren’t so distressed.
In hardships we forget those times of ease.
You are a warrior you can do this

For some yes and for others no. If you are treatment resistant then you may be one of the ones who has delusions in spite of meds, the meds just help you maintain your insight.

U have to think about it logically. Why would anyone want 2 stalk or kill u???
For me the paranoia remains even tho im on meds. I think for most schizophrenics the ap helps to cure or reduce the delusions.
