my fat in my belly is not on top of the muscle but inward…it makes my belly protrude and is easy to “push on” to make it pop right back out…make sense? anyways, I was wondering if someone got rid of it before.
Hit the gym? Go running/walking
I’ve read many articles that diet in particular is the only way to get that to go away, even my drs have told me that
You see that thin layer on the outside that’s muscle. This is a CT scan of an overweight person. Look at the inner belly fat…
yes I saw the same thing when I had CT scan done a couple years ago…that’s why I know it’s inner fat.
Do you exercise and eat healthy everyday? And have you cut out sugar and junk?
I have a small amount of sugar with my coffee…I don’t eat junk.
google how to get rid of viseral fat (not sure how its spelled but thats the fat inside thats around organs) i learned about it some cause my moms got it.
I lost a lot of visceral fat simply by losing overall weight. But, honestly, while losing weight was good, i also lost some muscle and bone weight, too. It’s almost inevitable if you don’t exercise a lot while losing weight…
A few years ago my visceral fat was high according to my digital scales.
I did a diet and exercised and it went down with my weight. I lost over 5kg or so.
I have maintained my weight since then and my visceral fat has remained the same too.
I remember reading an artice whcih suggested older people with too much or too little visceral fat tend to be the ones that kicked the bucket sooner.
Thus, time to diet snd exercise!
