How to cope with Social Anxiety?

Does anyone know any alternatives ways to cope with Social Anxiety? anything but meds

my Social Anxiety has gotten so bad that I’ve began to live in isolation & avoid people at all costs… not good

I always get that feeling everyone in the world is staring a hole in me when I get out somewhere… when I know they’re not

I try to stay away from meds, most of them are just made to make pharm. companies big bucks

did u tried escitalopram(ssri-antidepressant)…they are very good.

I struggle with this also, and I rarely go out. I haven’t found a satisfactory answer. In fact I think my med, abilify, makes it worse.
