My last Labrador puppy used to eat her own feces
It was a hard habit to break.
Usually with time they outgrow it

Ghost is the only dog I’ve ever had to eat poop. He especially likes deer poop, so we avoid areas were we’ve seen deer and watch him closely on walks. Plus regular fecal checks. He eats a lot of weird things, though. He’s kind of a weird guy. We just figure it’s a dog thing and are glad he isn’t big on giving kisses.
