Whenever I am talking to myself in my mind or reading something in my mind, almost 90% of people can hear it clearly. It is happening to almost everywhere I go.
I am suffering from this problem since last 2 years. I have visited good psychiatrist but she gave me tablets for hallucination and I took it for 4 months but it didn’t work at all. Now I’m not taking any medicine.
Please let me know a solution for this problem.

I’ve dealt with this same issues which caused a great amount of anxiety.
It’s not easy but just tell yourself I’ve had enough nobody can read minds and never will. Don’t buy into it not even for a second.

Meds can help make it easier to cope with or even make it go away sometimes. You have to take a stand and say they cannot hear me. Keep at it and develop that attitude and say to yourself when happens. Then you will be able to talk to people and act like it is not happening for real. You can have some freedom by meds and constant denying those thoughts.
Imagine that there is a massive intelligence that exists elsewhere and that they have some control of peoples thoughts here in our world. It would be easy breezy for them to coordinate your thoughts, and those around you, such that it seems as though others can hear your mind talking, even though this is not the case at all.
Just a thought. They could also coordinate your thoughts to such a degree that it may seem as though you are having a two way conversation with a character within a movie or TV show, etc., even though once again, this is not the case at all. Meanwhile, humans think that they are at the top of the intellectual scale and no others exist anywhere else that are far beyond us in intellectual measure.

According to google that contains risperidone which helps some people with that kind of thing. You could try a different med, not all the meds work for all people.
I went through 4 different meds that did different things to me. Two of them gave me nightmarish side effects and made my condition worse. I finally landed on a 5th one that gave me relief without any mental side effects. If you really want to get rid of it, you have to keep trying different antipsychotics.
Unfortunately, you can’t always rely on other people’s experiences with those meds to help inform your decision, as they all affect different people in different ways. I used to think people could hear my thoughts, now I know that’s impossible, thanks to the Zyprexa.
