Usually once everyday during daytime… My brain becomes foggy at night which makes me difficult browsing posts in English. That’s why I seldom come here at night.

Im on it throughout the day. It makes me feel like im not alone, like other people can relate to my struggles or even my triumphs. Its hard have a severe mental illness, people on here make it a little easier for me.
