they sell 50mg salts where i am…theyre typical in store vapes, the disposables, theyre labled 5%. u dont usually get as much nicotine with that tho cause theyre low wattage

Yes, same here… I’m on Day 8 of no vaping. Chewing nicotine gum and a cinnamon stick. You inspire me to know that I CAN quit!

I vape 3mg juice all day everyday… I can put it down for hours at a time though so idk if I’m addicted or not

That’s a very mild nicotine. I can’t see it being harmful. Good for you on having control of your addiction.

im in usa. my friend in ca told me juice is restricted to 20 mg max there. but so far for me 50 mg is widely available

i have a decent amount of coils for my onevape golden ratio which is replaceable and refillable. i prob will never buy vuse alto pods again as 1 pod lasts me only a day and they are like $13 in my state for a single pod. at the vape shop i can get 30 ml of 50mg nic salts for under $20 which lasts a while as sometimes i cut it with 0mg juice as my 25 watt golden ratio puts out some big clouds that can make the nicotine too strong

@Revv1 my mom says “do it if it helps just not directly in front of me” lol she’s an ex smoker and she hates the " chemical" smell of vaping… I smell fruity smells but she don’t… We go shopping several times a week together so I have to have a handle on it

I got a vape last week because I picked up smoking in the hospital. Now I’m smoking every waking moment, except now I’m in a PHP program and it kills me not being able to do it. I have to take short breaks to go outside or else I feel like I’m jumping out of my skin
