How much do you vape?

I am a returning vaper from smoking. I find I have a puff on a vape every 30mins or sometimes every hour. I use 20mg/ml strength devices. How much do you vape?

All day. I hoped to give up cigs aswell, but I smoke 3 or 4 a day aswell.

I was coughing this morning trying to smoke my vape. I ended up having a cigarette instead. Then I used a bronchial dilator puffer and I felt better. Not sure why I can’t use them first thing in the morning.
I read an article on I believe a gov website that said don’t be in limbo long, as in using both tobacco and cigarettes. The quicker you move to nothing but vaping the sooner you will see and have the health benefits and can wean yourself off vaping after that.

Oh that’s too bad but for good for your health. I have to go in to see the doc about my persistent cough, I already know he’s going to say to quit smoking so I’m doing that first.

I never thought to measure in ml how much I use. There’s 14ml in a disposable and I estimate I will use 8 per month, so 112ml. 500ml seems like a lot, are you smoking lower nicotine than 20mg?
I’ve worked it out in dollars, so $10 per day roughly.

I still vape out the window because I read about third hand smoke. Even though I am really into the flavorless vape I have now, which smells like nothing.

i vape too much…at one point i was using 35mg juice and was vaping a total of about 105mg a day or over 5 packs of cigarette equivalant. now im using 6mg/ml and prob vaping 10ml a day, so prob 60mg, or 3 pack equiv.

That’s really good! I’m around 30-40 cigarette a day range for equivalent vaping but I am new to it. I really find it more satisfying and cleaner than a cigarette.

That’s good! I don’t want to go back either. I find the nicotine ‘cleaner’ or more pure. Better buzz and less smoking. It doesn’t bother me much to smell my mother’s cigarette smoke. It doesn’t tempt me for sure. I only smoke a cigarette when I am too choked up on vapes but I expect that to be reduced to zero. I may be coughing up old cigarette stuff and have an end to it.

i vape 50 mg nic salts juice in a onevape golden ratio. my juice bottle is empty so i cant use this vape. now am using my near empty vuse alto refilled pods with same juice, that i used to use before i got coils for my golden ratio

I’m not where you are from I assume but it may be possible to get the Stlth products. I never wanted to invest in cartridge’s. That seemed like a money pit. I like the 8k pro. Lots of different flavors. No leaks, no sputter’s: no problems.

50mg? You must be in a different country. I can’t get that here and even in the freebase I found 30mg to be a bit much.

yeah when i quit smoking i coughed for a while and my lungs rumbled…its the body trying to clean up the lungs from smoking
