How much do you vape a day

I vape 15ml to maybe 20 ml a day 6mg nic at 50 watts I’m a lil over 3 days without a cigarette it’s hard but just started getting a lil easier

I vape about 15ml a day. 7mg @22.5 watts. I gave up cigarettes years ago. It took a while to get over cigarettes even though I was vaping so keep at it.

That’s awesome! I’ve tried vaping with no success but everyone is different. I hope this. Continues as a good quitting aid for you :grin:

Thanks it’s freaking hard tho but I want to stop cause none of my family wants to come over cause of this

I vape about 6ml a day at 30watts. 0mg.

I vape about 8 ml a day, 16mg at 15 watts.

I smmoked a dozen and my familly doesn’t seem to notice the smell! Cant efford vaping

I don’t smoke. I find it nasty.
