Currently I spend about £180.00 a month on food (about £45.00 a week) The food I buy consists of some proper home made meals and some ready meals. I shop at Aldi which is considered a budget supermarket in the U.K. but has a really good reputation for low cost and quality.
I want to reduce my budget down to £120.00… Which I think is doable.
My new budget includes.
