Should I ask for very small dose or go for like 10mg? Its not lot of motivation that Im asking since I’m pretty stable.
Just asking before I get pdocs opinion.

leave it to the pdocs to decide. i dont think anyone on the forum can give medical dosage advice

In rare cases Abilify can worsen psychosis because that it’s a dopamine system stabilizer so watch out for that.

Is there any proof that antipsychotics affect cause or reduce negative symptoms?
Aside from heavy sedation?

Considering I take 300mg injections — I think you’ll be fine with 10mg. Is that what you’re prescribed?

I don’t have any personal experience with mixing the two but a friend of mine is doing very well on 300 mg Clozapine and 10 mg Abilify he is working part times and driving his car and living independently.
