One seems not enough. I get headaches when I sleep more than 9 hours.

Ill take another one now, one wasn’t enough to stop my headache and its extra strength.

I take two extra strength (500mg each) for pain if I have it. For me, one does nothing. But actually, ibuprofen works best for me.

I take 2 paracetamol whenever I have insomnia due to racing thoughts. It calms down my thoughts enough to get to sleep, maybe because of the anti-inflammatory effect.

I have 8-hour 650mg arthritis Tylenol. I take two pills twice a day as needed.
