I am not able to sleep as I have a headache. I usually sleep at 11pm, its 11:32pm now.

I have Tylenol but its bad for the liver, I try to use pain killers only when the pain is too much.

Oh yeah here in Canada its the same as Tylenol I just googled

My son has been tossing and turning all night. I have been itching all night due to pregnancy and i feel like i have a bad cold coming on which is probably from being run down due to lack of sleep latelt.

hope you manage to get some sleep, maybe try some cold cream to stop the itching a bit

Aziz, oh there both same thing. I think its only bad for liver if you overdosed on it. I think you should ask your doctor about taking it but im pretty sure thats the case

Yea the pain is low now, I try to not take a lot as my liver is already damaged from when I swallowed a whole bottle of it, Dr told me I have liver damage when it happened. I also have fatty liver disease. But its getting better with diet.

Not to scare you but I swallowed a new whole bottle of paracetamol at once, suicide attempt. That was when I was psychotic. If you follow the dosage instructions on the bottle it won’t cause liver damage. I guess I will take 2 now as I am not able to sleep. Good night
