1 to laugh at the thoughts in his head, 1 to pace back and forth, 1 to go to the nurses station, 1 to hit his head repeatedly while rocking in the fetal position, 1 to turn the light switch on and off repeatedly, 1 to do all these things himself while waiting for the light to be changed in the ward
