Only three that saw me more than a few times. Now I’m on my fourth, just switched again due to moving.
About 7-8 in total.one I visited for 7 years
I saw one for once a month for 8 months while I was hospitalized. When I got out I found one that took Medicaid and I saw him from 1983-1988, usually either for once or twice a week. After him, from 1990-95 I saw a different one because I moved away. After that I saw one guy from about 1995-2003. I’m exhausted now so I won’t write down all that I have seen over the years but those were basically it.
- Been with my Aussie one since a depressive break in 1993. Sz diagnosed with him 1999.
The other one was in New Orleans over in the states when I lived there from 2002-2004. He was ok but always wanted to say I was sz affective. I’m paranoid sz and that is just me!

I was seeing the first for half a year.
She said she can’t handle me and my big doses.
I already had seen a second pdoc because my father didnt accept the schizophrenia diagnosis.
So I went for 3 months to the second pdoc.
Now i am on the third pdoc, for half a year.
I am symptoms free, for the first time.
My current pdoc is so sweet grandpa.
Probably he will retire in a few years, so I will find a fourth pdoc
This is the 4th but she is a little old
Im on my 2nd in four years. The first one was quite young and pretty - so i found it hard to stick to professional boundarys in my head. She was great - always gave good advice - and i trusted her. She helped me alot when i had my first relapse.
The newest man ive only seen once. Found it difficult to understand his african accent - but he gave me the pills i asked for with no hesitation. No complaints for either.
I said, “too numerous to count or remember”. But, I did see one psychiatrist for a total of 22 years. He was hands down the best pdoc in my region.
I’ve had the same consultant psychiatrist for several years now, but he’s now gone into private practice. I could afford to see him, but i’m still in the public service.
I’ve lost count. In double figures anyway.

I’ve been seeing the same one for 3 years since I turned 18.
As a kid I saw some prescribing nurses, none were very good.
I’m not fond of hospital psychiatrists. Don’t really get to know them.
Must be about 15 or so. Was in hospital nine times and saw a few private ones as well.
Since 2016 that I got this illness,… 3 of them. The first was my hospital pdoc when I got sectioned, the second moved to Italy, and the third I’m with now.
iam seeing the same doctor since 2015, hes good and very famous among doctors.

I have no idea. I’ve seen lots of doctors in the hospital, and a lot of private ones.
