How many of you read?

Do you read? If so what. And do you find that your concentration has been affected? If so how do you manage it

I read a lot.

For a few years, I couldn’t read anything longer than a post or short web article. Drove me crazy.

Then, one day I could again. I kept going and adding another page at a time until I was back up to a standard length novel in a short period of time again.

Did you come off your medication? Is that why you could read again?

I tried to take a course on the architectural imagination online on edx.com but I couldn’t do it because the readings were too difficult without being able to focus given that I hear voices constantly

I read a little here and there. I wish I could read more but I have to work on it. I like collecting books. Mostly I read non fiction and self help. I’ll read a novel once in a blue moon.

I remember that in the hospital, while taking haldol, I couldn’t read. I did read it very slowly. And when reading a page I already got tired of reading, it was impossible.

I was reading and enjoying it but now I’ve stopped maybe it’s because they have reduced my antidepressant not sure

I couldn’t read for almost 10 years. Since starting asenapine a month and a half ago, I’ve been able to read a lot more. I missed reading.
