Very good. I too have made a commitment to start reading more and set aside time to read. I’m reading about 2-3 books a month as well as other things like game rules/books. Well done to you and keep reading!

Good pastime to read. Keeps the voices quiet, if you’re good enough.

I don’t know how many books I’ve read this year so far but I tend to read one a week

And yes it does help to distract me from the voices. Although music/conversation is more effective because I can’t always concentrate when I hear voices as I’m agitated

This disease took my ability to read books. I used to read several books a week. I miss it so much. Audiobooks are just not the same.

I read a few books this year. I like reading but sometimes prefer to do other things.

I do not read much infact I struggle to concentrate but lately I have been reading and retaining info a lot better. I am 400 pages into my 1535 page book.
