Has any of you ever thrown something again the wall? Has any of you broke some thing fragile when it felt so precious to the ground or the wall or lava.
I threw my smarphone in the wall. It shattered to pieces. I blamed my 6-year old son and had incurance pay for fixing it.
My partner has thrown MY smart phone against a wall. It shattered to bits. As well as a laptop that I gave him as a gift and a tablet.
Once, when I had asked him to seek treatment, after I came home from work, I found my entire apartment ruined. Ruined as in; had kicked-out all of the windows in my apartment with such force that the frames came out with.
And then there were times when he directed his aggression towards me.
I know his symptoms make it difficult for him to think clearly. But without treatment, his symptoms will likely become worse.
I ran out of my antidepressant over the weekend once and just lost it for some unknown reason and
throw one of my pc’s at the wall once. Still worked fine too.
Clock radio for not waking me up…Was running late for work once and took it out on the clock.

I have the urge frequently, but don’t usually give in to it unless I am alone or really angry. If I do I take a cushion or something else unbreakable like clothing. Once I threw a chair down on the ground and my bag across the room. Luckily my phone in the bag was not damaged!
When I got psychotic I almost beat my kid with a hockey stick. I demolished the wardrobe instead. I was so angry I exploded.
The hard part was that I did not remember doing it at all. I later asked my son why he had trashed the wardrobe. He said nothing and just walked away.
The only time I can think of was in my teens before my onset of Sz. We were drinking rum punch out of these Big Gulp cups and I was so very drunk and awash in my pain that I threw my cup up against the brick wall of a…well…building. Rum punch everywhere but not a drop to drink…
I have however punched my fair share of holes in the wall…so I know well how to repair holes in the wall.
I once threw a T.V. at my brother and it hit a wall. I’ve punched walls and I’ve banged my head against them.
My kid sis like to go to this old abandoned building and throw different glass bottles of soda pop at an old cement wall… She does this when she’s really stuck in frustration.
She will sweep it up when she’s done. I’ve watched her do this a few times.
She calls it Audio fireworks. She likes the sound of breaking glass.
