Let’s see.
I’m about 52 pounds overweight.

I’m currently 217lbs and would love to get down to 165 pounds.

But short term I’ll be happy if I lose 10 pounds.

55 Kg, I only lost 3 Kg. I once last 5 Kg but now gained back 2 Kg.

i put on 40kg in 5 months when first put on meds i was non compliant so they gave me injection.
