How long does it take to adapt to VR motion sickness?

I was gifted a VR headset recently and ever since I started using it I been suffering from motion sickness.

I used to work in VR gaming studio. Some quit due to motion sickness or changed to different type of video games, consoles, PC or mobile

That would be quite a shame if I have to quit using it because of motion sickness.

Maybe give it a few weeks see if it improves, I wonder if motion sickness meds work, they take it in airplanes I heard, Benadryl is one

I’ll probably do this

If they do work I think have enough pills to pop already.

What is the refresh rate on it? If its running too slow you will get motion issues

Motion sickness doesn’t completely go away on its own. You can adapt a little though.

I only play exercise games where the movement is in sync with my body movements. Those are less likely to cause motion sickness.

The only exercise game I have is The Thrill of the Fight - VR Boxing but I nearly killed my dog so I can’t play that one anymore.

How the heck did you manage that? And can’t you just put your dog in the washroom for a bit while you play?

My dog pretty vengeful when you lock him somewhere and pee in a straight line across the room so I typical leave him out, he typical does not bother me while I’m playing.
