I’ve just ordered an Oculus Quest. Looking forward to the mindful relaxing things on it. Plus it apparently has social spaces. I’ll have to see how I go with that.
Anybody here use VR? What’s it like?

We got the Rift and the Vive when they came out like 5 years ago or whatever. They were a lot of fun. Haven’t played with them in a couple years, though.
Looks like it might have got better - more content etc. The Quest has no cables. The cables put me off so I’ve never had it before.
What stuff did you find fun on them - thinking about which games etc to get…
I have a Vive. I really enjoy Beat Saber and Ritchie’s Plank Experience. Starlet loves Pavlov, but you need a decent graphics card for it because Starlet and his friend played for like three hours straight, and it melted ours.
Is latency still a problem with VR?
Do you get dizzy after playing for a long time?
I had an oculus devkit 1 but it kinda sucks compared to the newer models. I love VR though.
I get dizzy, Starlet doesn’t. I have a motion sickness problem in general though so I might not be the best judge.
There isn’t noticeable latency on most games, but I also don’t have the wireless headset. I imagine there’s more latency there.
