How long do you want to live?

I’m ready and willing to die any day and have no interest in living a long life. I’m 47 and hope to be dead before 60 but I guess my mind could change.

I am 24, want to live forever.

How long is forever? You can’t even count it or find a beginning in it.

Ok lets say 10000000000000000000 years.

I don’t want to be totally dependent on others in my old age.
I see what my Mom has to go through now.

I’d like to die any day now.

I wouldn’t mind if I got some sort of cancer.

I’m 50 and had no idea I’d have to be here this long. But, I have a son who’s 22, and his life is what’s important. I would like to see him settled and living happily. I think that will take about five more years?
I had a mammogram this past Monday and I’m secretly hoping for cancer, but I think I would’ve heard by now…
I’m waiting for my invitation to go home. It’s up to God. I’m not allowed to go without being invited… Five years, I think, but it’ll end up being more.

My cousin’s husband never liked Dr’s (sounds just like me) and refused to go even when he thought there was a few things ‘not right’ going on in his body.

He finally went last Monday, and they found ‘the most aggressive type of cancer’ spread through out his body, including his eyes and gave him a generous 3 months to live.

He’s been at the Dr’s every day begging for them to ‘cure’ him, but, on Friday, finally gave in and went to the funeral home instead to make all the arrangements, knowing it’s too late to do anything to ‘save’ him.

I keep wondering why he went to the Dr’s at all…each person is different, but doubt I’d want to know when it was too late to do anything, and I consider this the ‘way to go’ instead of lingering on for years.

Cancer is rarely this nice to folks, my neighbor I’ve known for 24years is fighting for her life for the 3rd time in the past 7 years, and she’s tired of it all.

3 neighbors have died of cancer, 2 of self inflicted injuries (gunshot) and 1 just suddenly dropped dead.
The house across the street is for sale, (1 death in it), you ought to come live here for a short life expectancy.

(Don’t take me totally seriously)

Sometimes forever. Sometimes, not for a second longer.

I’m 58, and sometimes I want to be dead in my early sixties, but other times I think I just might do some good writing before I die, and I want to live to 85.

At least long enough to meet my grandkids, but not too long where I have to be taken care of by other people.

I can’t say I want to live a long time. I’ve felt every degree of boredom I think. I’ve seen the world heh.
