For me, it takes only 3 minutes and I meet him every 6 weeks.
Not only he doesn’t ask many questions to me, but also this seems to be generalized in my country.
I hope to move to another place to get more elaborate service.
How about you?
Mine is a full hour every month to six weeks
About 10-15 minutes.
Same. 10 to 15 minutes.
My psychologist never gives me a full hour either but my social worker usually does.
Once a year for 20 minutes or so. I hate psychiatry. I have to go, or she won’t refill my prescription.
once a year?
do you get injection or take pills? in here I don’t know how maximum they can prescribe pills, but it must be 3 months.
15 minutes every 6 weeks. It’s usually 5 if that mostly. I’m pretty stable. We talk about international cricket and we go our separate ways. When I lived in the States I had 1 hours with my psydoc. It really was too much! I can talk for sure but I don’t need that!
yea one hour might be a little bit long. I think 15 minutes are good enough. and Doctors shouldn’t be just a prescriber. need more interactions to see patient’s state…3 minutes is too short.
If there are any med changes then I go once a month. If no changes then every 3 months or so. I’m usually in there for about 15 minutes.
I go once a year and it takes about fifteen minutes
25 minutes every eight weeks. I have one 45 minute appointment in Novembers because my disability comes up for renewal and she has paperwork to do. She doesn’t participate with any health plans so I pay her out of pocket.
10 -15 minutes every month.
About 15 minutes every month,
Just like most everyone else.
5 minutes every 3 months.
15-30 minutes I guess. Longest I’ve seen my doctor is 45 minutes. I’ve had many doctors. Insurance only covers 15 minutes. I try to find a doctor that specializes in talk therapy in addition to prescribing medications.
I prefer the county doctors. But the hospital I’ve been going at is private and is better than most public hospitals. They’re cleaner and stuff. They still all smell like chemicals though and feel like prison because of government regulations. I’ve had bad experiences at private hospitals in my past lives, but I’m mostly over it. I guess I’m still here…
Same here . My next appointment is Oct 5th instead of way the hell out.six weeks.
1-2 times a year…
I take pills. My doctor is 250km away to another city.
He prescribes me pills for 1 year.
10 minute appointment
Around 15 min every month
Typically 5-15 minutes, depending partly on how well/poorly I’m doing, if we need to discuss a med change. I go every 2-3 months.
