Thanks sweet tea
The last day of me being a smoker, I felt like I couldn’t breathe. It scared me enough that it was very easy to quit.
It’s been more than 9 months for me… I have forgotten about it, when I see someone smoking I just think I used to smoke… saving money, better health I don’t know why it took me 20 years to quit!
I’m down to my last pack, so the plan is to quit after today
I try very regularly to quit, 2 or 3 hours down and i feel too stressed over something so it never works out. Tried ecig, patches, gum, inhalator and spray mist. Even tried a coach quit smoking clinic all to no avail. I feel like im a lost cause at 45 yrs. I don’t even inhale the smoke into my lungs but ive heard it can still be risky for mouth and throat cancer
