We went to a festival today, and I ate five of these chocolate flavored oatmeal patties. Then when I came home I ate this bowl of peanut butter with a ton of syrup on it. I eat a lot of that. I’ve always craved sweets. My doctor tells me my triglycerides are terrible. He says that triglycerides are sugar that hasn’t been burned as energy for exercise and that collects around your heart. I’m on medication for this condition. I also walked back and forth in my room for an hour to burn off all the sugar. I’m going to make that a part of my permanent schedule. There is also a great big hill I can walk up and down to burn off sugar. I can’t walk there during the week because it is next to a school, but on the weekend I plan to. I probably need to cut back on my sugar intake too.
I have a bag of Twix and M &Ms in my room right now. They are bite sized. I wake up 2 to 4 times during the night and snack on them. I change out the candies out so it’s always something different.
I have a big sweet tooth.
My parents usually give me Swedish lollies as birthday gift.
If I get a few kg of lollies it will all be gone in a matter of a few days.
My boyfriend hid my last stack from me and llocked cakes in freezer.
So far I have not had discipline to say no to sweets.
I want to lose a few more kg but I be darned yo …
Itzzz so delicious and o how I love sweets.
We even had Liolly rituals when I was younger.
I had a few friends who I had Liollie rituals with.
I have a huge sweet tooth but haven’t had any sweets lately due to being too poor to just up and buy them whenever.
That craving for sweets is powerful. I’ve had it all my life.
Lol.that would make me sick in stomach
It’s terrible I love love love sweets and sugary things. My dentist knows
I don’t really have a sweet tooth, I used to when I was younger, but seem to have lost it as I’ve gotten older. It’s probably a good thing, as I’m diabetic.
I have a convenience sweet tooth. I’ll want sweets, but I would almost always rather have something savory. But it’s a lot easier to grab a candy bar than it is to grab a meatloaf.
I don’t Like sweet things typically
People think I’m weird for this
I don’t get it
I like sweets. I like coffee Flavour ice cream. And Nibs liquorice.
6 days in to my new no added sugar lifestyle (again
I’m addicted to sugar
I can eat a rather disgusting amount of sweets if I allow myself to do it. Like if I buy a package of cookies, I’m going to eat the entire package. I can’t seem to do moderation. I’ve really, really tried.
So for the most part I keep it out of my house completely. I really want it sometimes but we only have healthy foods so that’s what I end up eating.
When I do want sweets I’ll do something like just buy one doughnut or I’ll buy the four pack of the fancy brownies from the grocery store bakery because there are four people in the house so we each only get one.
I love sweets i eat them way too much, sugar is just so addictive ne
This.
Also, my friend keeps bugging me about my need to lose weight because he’s concerned for my health, so whenever he sees me eating sweets, or sees any proof that I’ve had sweets, he gives me the look of disapproval.
Same here. Don’t let them put you on Zyprexa, because that increases your craving for sweets.
Decayed…
I will remember that about Zyprexa, thank you. Seroquel was awful for me. I would do this thing where I would take it and go to bed but then I’d stagger out of bed sort of half asleep and just mindlessly eat whatever I could find. Like entire boxes of granola bars or crackers. I’m pretty sure I ate a whole block of cheese once. I gained so much weight and couldn’t figure out why until my husband caught me doing it. I had no memory of it. It was like I was sleepwalking and eating.
I’m all about putting things together like a puzzle and I’m just wondering if anyone else is thinking schizophrenics like an unusual amount of sugar for a reason.
I have more of a carb tooth than a sweet tooth. Well I would have a sweet tooth but my folks do my food shopping and refuse to get me sweets.
But I eat way too much bread.
