The only antipsychotics which dont have anticholinergic effects are
Abilify , Risperdal , invega , geodon , latuda
These antipsychotics dont block acetylcholine

U don’t have to take them, but yeah they do diminish your intelligence a bit.

Lemme rephrase that:
They don’t lower your intelligence, they’re just really sedative.
Best bet is to just train yourself to fight the sedation.

Do you know anyone who take clozapine or seroquel and leads an active life with a job and a salary?
I take Zyprexa and I have had a job, 32 hours a week, for 16 years. It’s data entry and it is not such a bad job. I feel suited for it.
I think that the dose of 550 mg Seroquel I take lowers my IQ quite a bit but that doesn’t matter at all as I really like the way that it makes me feel.
