Well I believe the workers here should notice me acting weirldy
Fair point, but I donāt suffer from paranoia or show any hostility and I always make a point of being polite to doctors, social workers and nurses. In the end itās the antisocial dimension of MI what they find most alarming.
Iām not hostile anymore
So I donāt have psychosis! Yay
I wouldnāt come off your meds without speaking to your doctor first it can make you very ill you just need to pull through for now.
i already quitted the meds
How many doses have you missed
only 1. i know it will get worse
You should start taking them again one dose is fine to miss but you shouldnāt be completely coming off them without doctors supervision it isnāt safe for you and you might regret it. I certainly regretted doing it and became very ill very quickly and was very delusional for a long time.
how quickly did u become ill?
Within 2 to 4 days and I became delusional again but worse
oh
i dont want that to happen
It is not a nice feeling if your not happy with your meds maybe wait until u see ur doctor and ask for a change in meds thatās what Iām going to do Iām on the same boat Iām fighting every urge not to come off them but I know the risk so I wonāt do it.
I hate the drooling and fast heartbeat
I know it is hard but will be worth it you will feel worse if you come off them trust me
I hope I wont become delusional
Then you should probably take your meds.
I donāt want to take them
Without this turning into a cyclical argument, as it is wont to do:
The side effects suck, yes.
Discuss them with a doctor. Perhaps youāll get switched to a new med that will have less of them for you.
Or donāt take your meds and risk developing psychosis and relapsing, and then being put on something even stronger because your original meds donāt work anymore.
It seems the consensus of the forum is pretty clear, as many of us are speaking from past experience.
Iām not allowed to see a dr
