there is also pregnenolone sulfate, maybe worth a try.
How about pregnenolone sulfate ?
Where are the scientists?
Why has it so far not been studied in depth?

I’ve tried pregnenolone in the past, it didn’t help with my negatives. But I tolerated it well, there were no side effects.

I tried it, but I had to stop because of heart problems.

so bad astefano, sorry to hear, i had to quit minocycline 50 mg to severe allergic reaction but it worked 100% against negative symptoms all repaired!

@jeroenp do you feel that minocycline helped you with cognition?
@astefano were your heart problems caused bypregnenolone or not?

Minocycline cleared up my psychosis in 3 days 50 mg twice daily
all positive and negative symptoms NUKED out of my brain but unfortunatelly
also cognitive all was fixed

normal healthy human feeling

Nobiten is causing depression in me i feel it, it’s a beta blocker ■■■■ im in trouble

Why do you say that unfortunately your cognitive symptoms were alleviated?

I’m not sure. I think so. I was taking other supplements at the time. I did like it but I had some minor tachycardia or chest pain.

I take Benedryl for tremors in my hands and this made my tremors come back even on the Benedryl.

I tried pregnenelone 50 mg for about two weeks and I got hypomanic on this drug. It was the worst thing I could have done is go on this stuff without consulting my pdoc. My doctor took me off of it and added Seroquel to my other AP’s. This really helped. I am sza.
